Q: Can someone tell me what the difference is between this and the purina one kitten food in the blue bags? thanks

No difference just new packaging

Q: Is this a dry cat food?

They are dry and look like rabbit droppings but they have a slight moist sticky surface. They are very crunchy. They are eaten fairly slowly as the cat can only eat and crunch one at a time. They do need a drink available. I mix mine with a measure of wet food sometimes so the cat gets a little variety but the cat doesnt seem to get tired of it at all! It is a complete cat food and when measured properly supplies the cat with everything. Superb stuff in my opinion.

I am not sure, probably stamped on the packet. I find by leaving it in the original packing it stays fresher, my cat only has it at night so it goes a long way, I put some in a sealed container and then top up as need be, hope this helps.
