I had been looking for a collagen product for a while before I found this one. I was very happy to try it. I had concerns about the taste, but honestly it was fine. With this product I noticed a difference in the way my nails, hair, and skin looked. I didn't think it was possible because I have tried nail, skin, and hair vitamins and none of them ever worked. However, I can see my nails growing more every day, something that I have not been able to achieve for many years. Usually my nails split or peel before they can get to a longer state. I also have really thin and brittle hair, and I noticed that while taking this, my hair is much softer.I'm not saying this is a miracle product, but I did see benefits!

I've bought a lot of different brands of collagen because I use it every day. They all claim to be unflavored and dissolve easily but every one is a little different. This one does dissolve VERY easily. The second I poured in the capful, it fell right into my tea and started dissolving. That's better than some other brands that sit on top and clump up and require a lot of stirring.However, this does add a taste to my tea. I always add it to my peppermint tea (no milk) and while others are truly unflavored, this definitely added a flavor. It's not terrible and I can hardly describe it but I just know it tastes like there's something else is in there. So for this brand I think I'm going to have to use it in smoothies, which may cover the taste more. But I'm not sure I'll personally order this again because of that flavor.

Love these products! My favorite is the Collagen Peptides powder. It dissolves easily in liquid. I love mine in a smoothie with yogurt and fresh fruit. When I’m in a hurry I grab 2 gummies instead. The gummies are orange flavored and tastes great without any aftertaste that some gummies have.I would highly recommend either product. I’ve just started taking the products along with vitamins to help with the changes our bodies go through with menopause. Have a lot of new baby hairs growing and my skin looks amazing for a 57 year old. Hope you all enjoy these products as much as I do.
