So I just received this product today. So this is my initial review. I will follow up in a couple of weeks with something more detailed. I wanted to comment on this because it is such an incredibly well made product and worked beautifully right out of the box. My expectations for this type of product were very low. I have a very large neck and my concern was that this product would not fit. It fit perfectly. A lot of flexibility built into the design. The three primary adjustments work beautifully and the support while using it is fantastic. I got immediate relief the first time I used it and felt fantastic. After a 20 minutes session. Product is easy to use right out of the box. Will follow up in a few weeks with more but for now love it.
