This tapioca starch is a fantastic addition to my pantry. First off, it's organic and GMO-free, which is super important to me. The packaging could be more user-friendly. A resealable bag would be a huge improvement to keep it fresh and avoid spills. Grate for pancakes!
At the moment on the online market is Good value for money . No big deferent than Tapioca from Brazil. Just a price . Anyway good to have it ,healthy pancakes in the morning !

Great quality, I’ve used mostly as tapioca goma cooking like a filled crepe (Very traditional in Brazil) but is also great as a gluten free flour!
