A sound bit of kit.
So simple to wire up. Built my own blue tooth system - sound quality is great. Slight hiss at lower volume but for workshop/gym use - perfect. Crackles if not earthed, but once fully wired in, faultless. More on order for ceiling mounted speakers. Cheap and simple way to BT the whole house.

Give it the maximum 24V
Sounds great, but in a vehicle you'll need to feed this more than the 12-14V your batteries or alternator provide as you will get a clipped output for the sub. I bought a heavy duty DC-DC boost circuit set to 24V.At high volumes, when the Bluetooth is connected the blinking blue LED introduces a high frequency noise.

Does what it says
I've been running this for a week or so. It produces a good (adjustable) sound (shows how good your speakers are or ain't), connects by bluetooth easily, and is excellent value for money. Will report back if it lasts (or not)...

Works straight from the box.

Cheap. And bad. Lots of hissssssss
Like other reviewers said (I should have believed them...):This amp is very noisy. It has a sort of noise suppression system, where the sound cuts out completely at low (or no) input, probably to mask the hiss you get while it IS producing output. I tried different power supplies, including a bench power supply at different input voltages. No difference. Also annoying is that it powers up in Bluetooth mode, you have to manually switch it to LINE IN every time - if that is how you want to use it. And it gives an annoying bleep on power up, AND speaks "line in" on switching to the line input.I got this amp to replace an old, equally cheap (LEPY?) 12V amp which did not have a subwoofer out. The old amp is now back in place. It does NOT hiss. This one is rubbish.

It works - unless you are an engineer
This will make a perfectly usable 2.1 system. However, the controls are not as described. The low pass does not work as such and low frequencies will get to the main speakers. If you have main speakers that can produce good bass, then OK. If looking for a proper crossover from sub to mains, then this is no way that.Noise is low. Frequency response is good, but crossover is pants.

sounds good, solid bluetooth with windows, and linux
whats not to like, build quality is better than most, but not top notch. heat sinks work, not just bling. yes this one is solid and well thought out design.
