Love the cups printed well. Sadly had to waist 6 of the cups. As no instructions on temp, time, and pressure.But i can help you. ITS 3 MINUTES HARD PRESS AT 400 FAR OR 204 CELYou will get amazing quality every time.So mug people you can print these instructions above for your customers.

I used more expensive mugs and cant tell any difference. I press at 185° for 180 - 210 seconds.

I decided to ignore the bad reviews and give these a go and they have been perfect! :) printed great everytime ! 5 stars from me

Better than mugs from other companies

Whilst all the mugs arrived non-broken (thanks Amazon), the mugs themselves were mostly malformed with bumps on a lot of them and odd marks and scratches on others. Many of them could not be used and produced poor print results. I contacted the manufacturer for help on the heat settings and time, and they gave me a very wide range (180-190 degrees for 180-220 seconds) which leaves a lot of room for error and it caused me a huge amount of stress not having better settings. The manufacturer also made me send pictures of defects and go back and forth for days proving my order details and then refused to do anything because it was outside of the 30 day return window - completely ignoring the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which allows you to return faulty products within 6 months without having to prove the defect was there from the beginning. All I was even asking for was a replacement for 3 mugs and they wouldn't even do that. Now I have to go through Amazon to get help, but buyer beware.
