We take about 12 at a time and take them to our pharmacist. She grinds them into a powder to put in pills. Much easier to take and much more regulated dose.

This stuff is the truth. When it says it will clean you out it wasn’t joking. I take it 2x a week I take it Saturday night because it needs at least 2 days to kick in. When I take it Saturday at night by Monday morning me and my bathroom is having a meeting🤣😂
