contacted the seller cause the thing would not work. They sent another and it did not work either! except.... They did work. What should be in the instructions is......."hold down the start button for 5 sec or more" seriously.. just pushing on the start for less than that and nothing happens! In fact.. you can't turn it off without holding the button down for that long. 5 sec does not seem long but it is a very long time if nothing happens. Long story not so long? I did not ask for a refund or return the old one cause it was not their fault. I kept both and paid for both.How does it work? best I have tried. no idea how it will hold up but I use it every morning before getting dressed. Extra wheels and such are a real bonus.

I have ugly dry and cracked feet due to my job, I am work in the restaurant ， I usually do not care about my feet, but my wife hates it very much. I decided to do some change for my feet before Christmas, my callusremover for feet arrived on the second day after I bought on Amazon. I soaked my feet for 30min while I let it charge for the first time and used it (after drying my feet) starting w the coarse roller. Could not believe how much dead skin dust came off my feet, the little vacuum worked great, did not see much dust on the floor, but I had to trash it quite often. It took me 20 mins to finish one foot (thought would be longer upto few weeks), it was amazing to see the change.My wife is happy!!!!

The battery is great! It really lasts.The problem is taking care off your feet if they really need it. Once the worst is taken care off them just do a ritual upkeep!

Does anyone charge it and use it before reviewing? I had issues at first and then let it fully charge and it works great. It works best right after a bath/shower or after soaking. I use it in place of a pedicure at a nail salon and it works great!

Save yourself some time and money.Please do not waste your hard-earned money on something that constantly stops even when it's fully charged.The product fails when you add a higher pressure, and besides that, the battery runs fast as well, letting you down while trying to finish the remaining foot.The product looks great but is not Powerful enough nor efficient and practical to do Its job. I am highly disappointed with this one.
