Solar Snail Garden Lights - 2 Pack Cracked Glass, Warm White Metal, Waterproof for Patio Yard Lawn

I seem to have started a small collection of solar lights. I really appreciate the maintenance free part of how they operate. The glowing lights make me happy when I see them and this 2pk of snails is no different. They look exactly as pictured and I couldn't be happier. They are made up of bent metal. When they arrive their antenna is the only piece that needs to be assembled. The globe 'shell' has a set of white fairy lights in it and that is what glows and provides the solar lighting. They are super cute and are set up on my front stairs. So anytime I go out and return home I can see rhem twinkle. I have them in direct sunlight for a good part of the day and each night they come on with no issues.

This was my second set to add on to others purchased last year.One works perfectly but the second one will not hold light. I have put several types of batteries and direct sunlight.

These globes look lovely when they actually light up. On the first day I put them out and in the evening they glowed for several hours. The second day they were in direct sunlight and in the evening glowed poorly. On the third day, only one lit up and lasted just a few hours. The one that actually did light up now only lasts less than 2 hours. I am returning them for a refund. I have purchased other globes that truly last all night long. They come on at dusk and are still on until sunrise. These, in comparison, are very disappointing. From the ratings, I would imagine that most of the globes work well... I just got duds. So, I'd say buy them if you like them; if they don't work properly you can always return them for a refund.

I suggest taking the wire and gently straightening it then putting it back in the globe loosely as the wire is bundled on arrival. I did this and it spread the lights out nicely. Definitely worth the money and they look beautiful as an accent in the large pots next to my driveway. Very happy🥰

I bought 6 of the.. 3 of them only work for about 2 months. If I could return them I would. They are not waterproof.

These are beautiful when they actually work (which was not even a whole month!) then they stopped lighting up! Never got them wet and they get direct sun each day but they died! Don’t waste your money on them, expensive $$ to throw in garbage!!! Too bad the company selling this crap won’t help out folks stuck with defective products!

These really are beautiful lights, and if they all arrived in one piece, this would be a 5-star review. Unfortunately, about half of all my orders arrived broken.I ordered two sets of two of the globe lights. The outside boxes were in good shape. The styrofoam in one box was broken in pieces and one of the lights was shattered. It obviously didn’t happen during shipment, but when the lamps were packed. I wanted to get a replacement for just the one light, but you have to return the item to get a new one and I couldn’t picture myself packing and sending broken glass, so I am just ordering another set. I noticed the price had dropped and ordered a fourth set. Three of the four lights in these orders work fine. The fourth was broken. They were packed in styrofoam, but still one was broken. Clearly the manufacturer needs to find a better was to protect these lights because they don’t travel well.I really love the way these lights look, so I decided to order a set of two in the metal snail holders. The first set arrived quickly, and neither the exterior box nor the interior box that was securely sealed with clear tape were damaged. When I removed the interior box, you could hear the metal holders and the broken glass clearly. There would not have been large pieces like in the photos I posted of the other lights, it sounded like lots of small pieces of glass and the metal snail holders moved freely around inside the box hitting each other. No surprise the lights were smashed. I did not even unbox it because I did not want hundreds of tiny shards of glass all over my house. It truly didn’t sound like there was any packing material in the inner box at all. I arranged a return (Amazon really does make it easy) and asked for a replacement shipment.I just now brought the replacement order in the house. Once again, the boxes are in perfect condition, and once again, I can hear hundreds of small pieces of broken glass inside the interior box and the metal holders clanking together. I’m returning and not reordering. It’s clear that the problem is with the manufacturer not packing the interior box with enough padding — or any. I couldn’t really tell and didn’t open either box. How disappointing. The lights I did receive that work are lovely, but the number of lights that arrive broken is just unacceptable.
