Product is good,but little bit costly.but most dissatisfying factor is warranty card is not stamped or authenticated by the seller.by registering the details they are asking additional charges for the same. Little bit disappointed ☹️The product is good but the problem is relating to the warranty.The seller does not stamp or seal the warranty card .while calling in the toll free number for registering the warranty they are asking charges for registering the purchase details.They are asking forRs.200/ as registration charge because it is not installed by the godrej techinician other than a carpenter..At the time purchase of the product itself shows that the product warranty and it is the responsibility of the seller to stamp the warranty card details at the time of selling the product whether it is online or not.we are trusted in Godrej and that is the reason we are purchasing this product at a higher price only because of the quality ensured.It is a reputational Loss to Godrej because their dealers are not ensuring the warranty as stipulated in the product brochures

Sturdy lock . Note this is an external fitting
Extremely sturdy and heavy duty 5-lock solutions with 4-pair of keys. Package delivery was 1-d and received a professionally packed item. This is not a lock that you can fit into the door wood rather it needs to be installed on the door. 30 minutes installation done by local carpenter.

The installation service is bad. The technician doens't pick up call and keeps rescheduling.

The lock is heavy, sturdy levers and the from the front it looks simple and elegant too . The package was good and delivered with all seals intact. overall happy with the product and Good lock to buy. But check if the installation is available.in your area. It's available only in selected areas and we need to find our carpenter to install this lock.

Fantastic, 5 locks in one.
It is 5 locks in one, the key cannot be duplicated. What a sturdy built. Go for it. Very difficult to lock pick as no screws visible outside. Green for lock engaged is added bonus
