Great value, quality rope
This is a great rope. Swings well. Good weight. Nuff said. Wish it was a little cheaper because if you jump on rough surface it will wear out. My suggestion. Jump on a soft surface bare foot. Smacking those toes is incentive to get better at jumping. Has true bearings in the handles.

Skipping in shoes is for cross fitters...
If you are buying this then you are already familiar with a Thai styled skipping rope, toes be ware. When it eventually wears out I won't miss a beat in ordering another. Now stop wasting time and go train.
