VolcomMen's Vmonty Stretch 22

I bought these here because I had purchased the same model elsewhere and liked the fit. They are true to size, but since I have chicken legs, they can appear wide. I don't care, because they feel great. Since they are a cotton blend, they don't shrink in the wash on cold water and medium heat drying. I have ordered a few more directly from Volcom, and it appears that the older stock, like the one I purchased here, are made in China, while the newer stock comes from Vietnam. I can't tell the difference except for small changes like the interior stitching on the waistband and the Volcom logo on the left, inside thigh exterior (the brand logo is more discreet on the newer models, using similar coloring so it's harder to see). Bonus: they use YKK zippers, which tend to be more durable than others in my experience.

Boyfriend is 6'2", 185lbs and I ordered him a 33" in heather gray. They looked exactly like the photo and the modern fit was perfect for his swimmer-type frame. Will be buying more.

These were fakes I tell you! But I will say however, that they were at least of higher quality faker. The materials looked good and the craftsmanship wasn't bad. I noticed that the Volcom slash running across the back of the shorts was broken up into two sections instead of one solid line. That and the very bottom of the shorts where the side hem is tended to flip out a little bit instead of laying flat.

I bought these on Amazon despite being slightly more expensive that other retailers because I wanted to take advantage of Amazon's easy return policy. As I suspected, the shorts were a bit long for my taste. I was surprised however to find that the quality was pretty poor. Lots of loose threads (including some white threads that were very noticeable). I would have returned them even if the fit was good.

I Have to agree with a few of these reviews on the Lg waist issue (should have read them first)...I wear a true 33...and the 33 I ordered was about 2 in larger in the waist...length was good though. The quality seems good also. will return and try 32s....will update...Update - I did order the 32 waist and they fit perfect...My advice order one size smaller and they should work.

Very nice shorts. I wear size 38”-40”. Heres the thing. People that wear bigger sizes have bigger bodies and the cut of clothing needs to be adjusted. These shorts fit but are a bit tight in the crotch, thigh and ass. If I were to order again I’d probably size up two slots and cinch the waist with a belt. But that kinda negates the reason for buying another pair. I will wear these but only when standing and not sitting, bending or skating.

Apparently black shorts are really hard to find at the stores. Thankfully these Volcom shorts were available for a reasonable price. And they're a name brand too. They fit a little smaller than expected, but I think that's on me, no the tailors.

I like them. They lean towards modern fit noticeably around leg openings. Fabric mix had me hoping for more stretch. 7 out of ten for livability. I am in a warmer area so basically live in shorts, now under Covid restrictions 100% of the time. Bought on sale 19.00 so keeping them.

Es un short bastante lindo, el corte es correcto y la tela se siente bastante bien, el color es un poco diferente al de la imagen sin embargo... en vivo se ve más lindo que en la foto así que no me voy a quejar de eso. Lo conseguí por un precio excelente (350 MXN - 16 DÓLARES), parece que van a durar. Suerte con ellos.

Esperaba que el area de la cintura tambien tubiera algo de elasticidad pero es normal ,la elasticidad solo la tiene en las partes de las caderas y piernas ,en cuanto a la medida es perfecta a la talla que esperaba
