Well after losing lots of hair due to menopause I was distraught. I started this and pumpkin seed oil about 4 months ago and not sure what it is but my hair is soooo much healthier and thicker. Ok so my hair was thinning in the middle of my hair. Nothing, I mean nothing I tried worked. I went to see specialist and she recommended these supplements. She gave me some samples and said I can get them here. Well I tried the pack she gave me and since I was so impatient, I stopped taking them. Then I tried the hair oils, foams, ointments you name it I tried them and nothing. Then I decided to try these supplements again and stick with it and wow!!!! After two months of taking these supplements, I am starting to see growth around my edges and where I was thinning in the middle of my hair. I cannot believe the thickness I feel. It is literally growing!!! They are easy to take, no bad taste, and take after a meal. I have to try to remember to take two as recommended. I almost cried because I tried everything. I wish I thought to take a pic before and show the after. Please just stick with it, don't give up if you don't see growth in a month.

I used this for about 2 and a half months. At first I didn’t have any side effects and after only a few weeks I felt like I was seeing baby hairs at my hair line and it felt like my hair line was filling in. But over the last week or so, my hair feels like it’s much frizzier and unmanageable. I also noticed A LOT of my hair falling out when I would shower. Even more than before I started taking this. I’ve also experienced unusual breakouts on my face and blemishes on my body. I really wanted to like this supplement but like with any medicine it can work really well for some and not well for others. I’m bummed this didn’t work for me. I stopped using it today so I’m hoping my skin will clear up and I’ll see less hair shedding.I think this product is absolutely worth trying. This is just my experience. I think the price is great in comparison to other hair products which is why I wanted to try it to begin with. I am pretty pessimistic about supplements because there are so many out there that do absolutely nothing. I have to say that has not been the case with these. I was shedding hair like crazy due to a medication I was on. Once I stopped the medicine the shedding continued. It started to get worse once I began GLP-1 meds. I ordered Viviscal immediately and I noticed the shedding decrease within a month. By month 3 it had stopped and I had new hair growing back in. Bonus- I had eyebrows again for the first time since 1996, I was not at all expecting brows to grow in after so many years. I absolutely recommend this product
